We are currently experiencing intermittent disruptions to our database. This has been caused by a ‘runaway chron job’  If you are unable to login or place an order then call our customer services team after 9.00am on 0800 0789 428.

If you want to place an order before 9.00 then leave the order in the usual place with a hand written note or business card.

In effect this means that we will have ONE pick up and DROP OFF during
the Holidays. So that if you are working that time and want any items
to be ready for the New Year, we are delighted to offer you a service.

Our Shoe Repair service has launched. You can now order shoe repairs and expect the same convenient and reliable service as for your dry cleaning.

The process is exactly the same, place the order using the Shoe Repairs tab. Give us any special instructions and take your shoes to the drop off place. We usually expect shoe repairs to take 48 hours but will do what we can to get them back to you in 24 hours.

Following customer feedback we are now pleased to be able to accept American Express on our site.

Protx have just announced that the secure servers are back up again and fully functional. We shall be watching them closely to ensure they stay up!

Protx, who manage our payment engine, have confirmed that there is indeed a problem with their servers. Hopefully they will fix them soon. We shall let you know as soon as we know more.

02 October 2007 08:52:19 - We have identified some general server issues which is affecting the servers performance. Our third line system maintenance team are currently looking into this and we will update this page once we have more information.
